We talk about prepositions at The Iceberg Project a LOT.

This is because Italian prepositions are really difficult and they differ so much from how we use prepositions in English.

Aside from the typical uses, however, there are a few unexpected ways a few Italian prepositions are used.

In this episode, you’ll hear some examples of the following pronouns being used in surprising ways.

– di
– da
– in

You’ll also get to hear a fun cocktail party fact about an Italian word that’s untranslatable in English.

For a more in-depth experience with prepositions, check out the 7-week Italian Prepositions Challenge here.
